ScrollConnect for clubs
Everything a student club needs to go from “we have an idea for an event” to “here are the certificates”. Read it front to back the first time, then come back to whichever page you need.
The path, start to finish
Four things happen, always in this order. Each links to the page that walks through it in detail.
- 01Create your personal accountSign up with your phone number or Google account. Everything else is attached to this account.
- 02Register your clubApply once with your club's details. After approval you become its first coordinator and can add the rest of your team.
- 03Publish your eventDates, venue, tickets, team sizes, custom questions. Free or paid, online or on campus.
- 04Run it and close it outApprove entries, scan people in at the door, track rounds, then issue verified certificates.
What this costs
Nothing, for the club. Listing an event, taking free registrations, scanning people in and issuing certificates are all free. On paid events a small platform fee is added on top of the ticket price and paid by the buyer, so your club still receives the full price it set. The details are on Payments and payouts.
Before you start
- An Indian mobile number you can receive an OTP on, or a Google account.
- Your club's official contact email: approval and attendee queries go there.
- Your institute's name as it should appear publicly. If we don't have it yet, you can suggest it while signing up.
