Create your account and log in

Head to scrollconnect.com/auth/register. There are two ways in, and both take about a minute.

   Choose phone or Google

   Phone: enter your 10-digit Indian mobile number. We send a six-digit OTP; type it in to verify.

   Google: tap continue with Google and pick your account. Use your college Google account if you have one; it makes your identity easier for organizers to trust.

   Fill in your profile

   Once verified you land on a short onboarding form. The fields are listed below.

   You're in

   You are taken straight to the campus feed and can register for any open event right away.

Usernamerequired

3–30 characters, lowercase letters, numbers and underscores. It becomes your public profile at scrollconnect.com/your-username, and availability is checked as you type.

Full namerequired

Your real name. It appears on your registrations and on any certificate issued to you, so spell it the way you want it printed.

Emailrequired

Asked when you signed up by phone; taken automatically when you signed up with Google. Tickets and certificates are emailed here.

Instituterequired

Your college, chosen from the list. If it isn't there, use the suggest option in the picker; the team adds it after a quick review.

Departmentrequired

Your branch or department, chosen from the list.

Year and enrollment number

Optional, but worth filling in. Some events restrict entry by year, and organizers can ask for an enrollment number at registration.

Go to scrollconnect.com/auth/login and use the same method you signed up with. There is no password: phone login sends a fresh OTP each time, and Google login is one tap.

• OTP not arriving? Wait for the timer, then request it again. Repeated requests in a short window are rate-limited for a few minutes.
• Signed up with Google but trying phone? Use the method your account was created with: they are separate doors, not two keys to the same one.
• Changed your number? Write to hello@scrollconnect.com from the email on your account.

Your profile at scrollconnect.com/your-username is public. It collects the events you have attended, the clubs you coordinate and the certificates you have earned, the record that usually disappears when the fest banner comes down. You can edit it any time from your profile page.

A personal account cannot publish events on its own. To host, you need a club: register your club.
